1. Order Processing Time  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders are shipped via trusted UAE courier partners. Every shipment is fully tracked, and you will receive SMS and email updates with your tracking link once dispatched.

3. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address and that your phone is reachable. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur a reshipping fee.

4. Delays
While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur during national holidays, major sale events, or due to unforeseen weather conditions. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.

5. Order Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. MizaanMall is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery. We will investigate and resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

7. Duties & Taxes
All prices on MizaanMall are inclusive of VAT where applicable. There are no additional customs or import fees for UAE deliveries.
